It doesn’t matter if you’re a member of an organized group, such as

• the Armed Forces,

• the NM National Guard,

• the NM State Guard / Defense Force,

• a private organized group,

• or a private citizen in the unorganized militia, operating under the auspices of

• the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution

• Article 2, Section 6 of the New Mexico State Constitution

• Article 18 of the New Mexico State Constitution

• Title 10 USC 311

• NMSA 20-2-2
